(Mike) Wells, Jr. holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Stanford University (A.B., 1962) and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of California, Hastings College of law in San Francisco, (J.D., 1965).  He was admitted to the State Bar of California in January 1966. Mr. Wells retired from the active practice of law in 2005 and is currently Chairman of the Board of North Valley Bank.


Steven A.
